After a year of testing, I found that Windows Live Sync (Foldershare) is not as reliable as DropBox. There were too many port conflicts and I found that the syncing both directions between multiple computers could not be counted on. Too bad. I really liked Live Sync, but it didn't work as anticipated in the long-term.
